spin off is also bad. if anything, guitar hero 3 is a spin off, because the real devs are working on Rock Band. you’re still putting the game down, which is stupid, seeing as it is the actual gh/gh2 devs making this. RockBand>>>GH3

Yeah, what’s with the “rip off” slam? Rock Band is made by the same developers of GH1 and GH2 and they are clearly the leaders in this genre. If anything, Guitar Hero III is a rip off since the developers didn’t create it and were hired by the publisher. I’m sure both games will be fun, but just don’t walk around slamming games for no reason.
