Press Release:

ArtGuitar®, a leading designer of innovative custom paint and technology for electric and acoustic guitars, announced today it has hired Reverb Communications, Inc. to oversee its marketing, public relations and business development programs. Reverb Communications will now work in tandem with ArtGuitar to position the company as a cutting edge leader of high quality videogame peripherals for music-based videogame titles.

“We are extremely familiar with Reverb’s work on multiple music-based videogame titles and peripherals,” stated Steve Spurgeon, CEO for ArtGuitar. “Their programs fit our roadmap perfectly as we launch into this very exciting new space with our line of videogame guitar controllers.”

ArtGuitar is best known for its patented process that lays pristine artwork onto the body of real guitars to transform the instrument into a one-of-a-kind creation. Many of these instruments are then offered as limited edition or collector’s item products.

“Our enthusiastic team is excited to be working with a company that develops products with such creativity and originality,” stated Doug Kennedy, vice president of business development for Reverb Communications. “We look forward to working side by side with ArtGuitar as the company steps into the videogame peripherals industry.”

Reverb Communications’ experience includes work on hit music videogame titles including Guitar Hero I™ and Guitar Hero II™, as well as the soon to be released music videogame from MTV Games, Rock Band™. Reverb Communications also developed the launch campaign for the V series of guitar controllers and accessories from videogame guitar peripheral manufacturer, The Ant Commandos.
