The Blazing Angels Demo lets you test out the multiplayer and single player portions of the game so I will divide it into two sections. Lets start off with the single player
Single Player:
You can choose from three different planes in the single player demo, they are the Yak 15, Doo 335 and the Gotha Go 229. After you choose your plane it brings you to the upgrades screen. Here you can check out a few of the upgrades that will be available in the full version but you do not have any credits to purchase them in the demo.
Here are a list of the controls used in the demo
RT- Primary Fire
RB - Secondary fire
LT - Follow Camera
Left Analog - controls your direction
Right Analog - Speed up and speed down
A - Lock onto target X - Defensive weapon Y - Tactical map B - Next Secondary weapon
The controls feel basically the same as in the first Blazing Angels game with no real improvements. Overall I think the controls are pretty easy to use and give you good control over your plane.
Your first Objective is to destroy four V2 Missiles. This does not take very long and is done under no enemy fire. When you are finished with this a squad joins you. You can give two basic orders to your squad, Attack or defend, pretty simple. Your next objective is to take out AA guns, Trucks, and buildings on the ground. I found this extremely easy and very boring.
To wrap it up the single player is not much different then the first version of Blazing Angels. It will focus more on special missions then the first one but these missions are not nearly as fun as dog fighting tons of planes in the air in my opinion. The graphics in the demo look exactly the same as in the first version which extremely lacked in that department.
Single Player score 5/10
Multiplayer:
The first game I played I managed to get 8 kills and 4 deaths. The game took about 30 mins and most of the time my team was pounded the other. We spent twenty mins just trying to take over the enemy HQ.
The only game mode you can play in the demo is called squad epic battle. Each team gets an HQ and there are several sub bases around the maps. You can get ammo, spawn and fly over these for cover if you control them. Each base you capture earns you points. The first team to 9000 points wins. I have to admit that the online is a step up from the first game. The controls are decent (Pretty much the exact controller layout as the first blazing angels) and the weapons are pretty cool.
I actually had a good time playing the multiplayer portion demo and it seems like it could be a very strategic game. I cant however see this game staying fun for a real long time but we will see.
In the multiplayer demo each team can pick from two different types of planes

Closing comments:
The demo was very lacking and did not convince me to buy the game at all. The multiplayer was pretty fun but I can not see playing it very long. The few that enjoyed the first one will most likely enjoy this version as well with its improved multiplayer and option to choose newer planes and missiles. The graphics are pretty much as bad as they get on the 360 which takes away from the experience somewhat. This game looks like a rental at best to me.
Overall score 6/10

I didnt like the demo very much. The only thing I liked were the self guided missiles
